WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
"Redline Collection Club" accept refunds and returns, terms and conditions apply.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1.0 To request a return or refund, you must email us within 3 days of receiving your order.
1.1 Returned items must be in unused, unworn, and original condition, with all original tags attached (where applicable).
1.2 If the return is due to an error on our behalf (e.g. incorrect item, faulty product, or damaged on arrival), you must notify us by email within 5 days of receiving your order.
1.3 Unless the return is due to an error on our behalf, original delivery charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.
2.0 Returns for personal reasons (including change of mind, incorrect sizing, or changes in circumstances) may be accepted at our discretion.
2.1 Where approved, these returns may be issued as store credit rather than a refund. Original delivery charges will not be refunded.
